PILATES promotes strength and stability from the inside, concentrating on spinal alignment to ensure core stability and to assist you in your daily living as well as any sport or fitness activity.

Due to the technical and individual nature of pilates one to one or small group sessions are recommended.

Sessions take place in your own home or (particularly if a small group) a studio/space in Brecon.
