Currently I am providing small group classes on-line - an opportunity to keep fit and catch up with friends and colleagues.

Stretch to Strength - a full body strength class using resistance bands for maximum effect. Tuesdays10am.

 Resistance bands available for safe collection or delivery.

Sessions are scheduled for one hour to include time for setting up and some participant interraction.

Before taking part in an on-line class participants must agree to provide some essential health and safety information
