Currently I am providing small group classes on-line and outdoors in person - an opportunity to keep fit and catch up with friends and colleagues.

Stretch to Strength - a full body strength class using resistance bands for maximum effect. Tuesdays10am.

Outdoor Circuit style - Brecon Promenade.  Wednesdays 12.15 and Thursdays 9.30 am.  Currently not running to comply with COVID restrictions.

Stability Ball session - Wednesdays 12.30
