Currently I am providing small group classes on-line and outdoors in person - an opportunity to keep fit and catch up with friends and colleagues.

Stretch to Strength - a full body strength class using resistance bands for maximum effect. Tuesdays10am.

Resistance bands available for safe collection or delivery.

Circuit style -45 minute outdoor session.   Brecon Promenade.  Thursdays 9.30 am.  Booking essential as numbers restricted to enable social distancing.
