My name is Sally Vaughan and I have been operating as Simply Fit since 2011.
I have been interested in fitness all my life and have tried to keep a reasonably healthy lifestyle. Not obsessive but I am a regular swimmer, walker and sometimes runner! Since 1988 I have taught exercise to music classes including classes for the older adult and aqua aerobics. I have been providing individual and small group sessions for 7 years, working with people from 16 to 95, with varying needs. I also provide strength and balance exercises for those people who have fallen, or are concerned about falling, both in a class setting and as one to one.
In addition I work a few hours a week on the National Exercise Referral Scheme with those who have controlled medical conditions
